Adam James

Last weeks artist lecture was on Adam James. He deals with Character and identity. He studied at the London Royal College. He masks himself with noses so that he can become someone else, then all the anxiety disapears because it's not him anymore. One of his performances was a woman in red walking up the stairs. Some of his personas involved the homeless, They even had their own names such as Mr Posy, Mr Flip and Mr Fly. I thought it was interesting to see how an artist deals with performance.
