Correspondence Project

Today me and Stacey met and questioned ourselves about our art. There were questions that were answered and some that weren't. Here was a list of questions that I were asked:-
  • What simularities do we have with our work? - We both used founded objects, painting and photography as a medium. We have both also used objects as a subject and create/bend exiting stories in our work.
  • What subjects do you base your work around?-
  • What other connections do we both have?- We have had an interest in childlike which would carry on to what we work with today e.g. we used ourselves in childplay roles.
  • Have we changed medium from year 1 semester 1 - semester 2?- both started with painting and finished with photography
  • What does your work involve?- Peoples assumptions/perceptions of people going into stereotypes
  • Is there anything you want to do more with your work this year?
  • What medium do you want to work with this year?

Workshop Modullete- Flash

Today I went to experiment with an animation programme called flash. Here I began by making a simple animation of a pencil rotating around paper starting with an action script. I managed to use timelines, background colour, document setups, hex colours, inktool, select tool, modify, magnet, classic tweets, normal tweets and mess around with the white dot to create simple animations. I may experiment with this in the future with my art work if I want to make my paintings moves for example.
